The Company:
A Multinational Oil & Gas Company (Upstream) that established in Indonesia is seeking potential candidates for Maintenance Engineer

The Role:
Purpose:

To define the appropriate field maintenance policies and procedures maximizing field production efficiency while minimizing the total maintenance cost (production downtime, spare parts, manpower etc.), coordinating with production and maintenance operations to guarantee the prompt, safe and environment respecting execution of all maintenance activities.

Support Integrity Management and Maintenance Coordinator for establishing maintenance strategies and system definition, planning and execution for preventing and eliminating critical failures during preservation and deployment modes of operations by applying quality management, reliability, risk management, and life cycle asset management methodologies.

Support Integrity Management and Maintenance Coordinator for establish Integrity Management System definition, planning and execution to ensure that all risks associated with the design and operation of the new assets are identified and permanently maintained at an accepted level, in compliance with HSEQ and Integrity policy and relevant referential documents.

General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

The job holder is responsible for:
Provide Engineering advice and support to maximize the Operations’ efficiency.
Overall quality of maintenance engineering service
Assuring that maintenance plans are fully compliant with production targets and long term production system availability and reliability
Technical integrity and overall soundness of technical modifications proposals
Assuring maintenance plan definition
Assuring field maintenance operative procedure definition and implementation
Maintenance policy definition and implementation
To coordinate with engineering team in order to assure the maximum production system availability, reliability and maintainability
Failure and criticality analysis review and recommendations drawing to production operations
To evaluate technical proposals for maintenance service activities
Identify safety hazards, risk assess and plan all maintenance and operations integrity tasks, prioritising work orders and optimising the planned maintenance routines to minimise breakdown and corrective maintenance and equipment unavailability.
Establish risk based inspection program to ensure that all risks associated with the design and operation of the new assets are identified and permanently maintained at an accepted level, in
compliance with HSEQ and Integrity policy and relevant referential documents
Management and quality control of the CMMS technical data and Planned Maintenance Routines held within the CMMS planned maintenance and material inventory control modules.
Ensure that all maintenance tasks are carried out according to Company’s established policies,
procedures and professional standards
Establish 2 years spear parts and ensure that material and equipment spare parts are optimized and available to minimise equipment downtime and unavailability.
Ensure appropriate risk assessments are carried out for all maintenance activities, with particular attention to recognizing the impact of change.
Progress all MOC (Management of Change)’s including gaining technical and budgetary approval and interfacing with facility and Project Engineering ensuring that all changes to equipment design, type or functions are controlled by application of applicable Company Management of Change procedure.
Ensure that all planned and corrective maintenance tasks associated with equipment and facilities structure are considered and that all opportunities to minimise downtime of equipment are investigated to deliver maximum value.
Identify and procure insurance and operating spares and develop the planned maintenance routines for all Offshore Facilities during Pre-Operations phase of Site Offshore facilities development.
Integral member of the pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up teams for the Offshore
Apply the lessons learned from design reviews, receiving inspections, and risk management findings

Comply with requirements of the Safety, Health and Environmental laws of Indonesia and to obey the corporate policy of The Company on Safety, Health and Environment, and to practise The Company Safety Systems.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Fluent in English
- 7 years of Oil & Gas Industry experience
- 5 years of maintenance engineering experience

Required Competencies:

Proficient in maintenance of Gas Turbines and generators including support packages and ancillary equipment.
Commissioning – Start Up : commissioning and start-up
Production Operations: Maintenance Management, Predictive Maintenance, Operation/Maintenance Advising
Maintenance Operations: Mechanical Maintenance, Telecommunication Maintenance, Instrumentation Maintenance, electrical Maintenance, Troubleshooting techniques knowledge
Maintenance Engineering: CMMS Activities, Maintenance Engineering, Maintenance System Auditing, Maintenance Advising in Project Phase, Reliability/Availability analysis techniques knowledge, Maintenance systems and policies knowledge
Specialist Knowledge: engineering knowledge in the specialist activity
Organization Processes : Internal Standard, Feed-back development and diff
