The Role:
Main Duties:
◦Responsible for assisting the execution and reporting of mechanical maintenance on Operated Asset in accordance with CMMS compliance schedule
◦Responsible for packaging static mechanical work fronts on operating sites and identifying most cost effective and efficient logistical means to mobilise materials and resource
◦Responsible for management of and communication of discipline planned scopes within Integrated Asset Plan (IAP)
◦Effective and efficient management of 3rd Party contracts to minimise the impact of resource and equipment on site.
◦Manage backlog and compliance levels within agreed targets within their responsible areas
◦Participate in plant loss reporting system, root cause failure analysis & quality Improvement processes as part of continuous improvement process
◦Participate in knowledge sharing/best practice across WGE contracts to aid delivery of HSEQ performance and contract specific KPI's
◦Provide specialist knowledge and input to the Modifications Manager to effectively manage engineering projects within an area of expertise
◦Support and actively participate were required in internal audits in the area of expertise

Specific Training / Specialist Skills:
◦Detailed knowledge of mechanical equipment maintenance and management (through lifecycle) in an offshore environment
◦Detailed knowledge of relevant legislative, regulatory, codes and technical standards (covering on and offshore installations)
◦Demonstrable experience in the selection and implementation of maintenance strategies on mechanical equipment, Demonstrable working knowledge of topside pressure systems, valves, structures, vessels, cranes, HVAC and lifting equipment and maintenance requirements in a hazardous environment and experience of ensuring the delivery of the planned scopes
◦Demonstrable experience in the supervision / management of subcontractors and ICP including development of personnel in an offshore environment
◦Working knowledge of Offshore Installation Management regulations
◦Able to understand and implement complex plans and resourced work schedules
◦Able to innovate: utilise tools, techniques, processes or equipment which are successfully used in other contexts which can be successfully applied

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Gas Compression Units and Power Generation
Demonstrated technical competence if the field of static mechanical equipment within oil & gas facilities
Experience of computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)Conversant with RCA process
Incident investigation skills
