The Role:
The Rotating Equipment Engineer to work in the troubleshooting and investigations of rotating machinery faliures in the plant and issue corrective recommenations. He will also work in plant reliabilty programs such as Total Plant Reliability Program (PMO2000 and Faliure Mode & Effect Analysis). He will also work wiht the vibration technician in analyzing vibration data and trends to help in troubleshooting of equipments failures.The Rotating Equipment Engineer to work in the troubleshooting and investigations of rotating machinery faliures in the plant and issue corrective recommenations. Essential Skills / Qualifications:
A. Degree in Engineering. B . Must have a minimum of 7 years job related experience; C. A working knowledge of colloquial Arabic is desirable. D. Must be willing to travel throughout area of operations and frequently commute to job locations in area other than residence. Must be capable through job knowledge and experience to relieve any Maintenance Engineer fieldwide.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
The incumbent will A. Coordinate maintenance programs with user units to determine relative priorities and on-time completion of work in critical operating facilities with available work force. B. Assign maintenance manpower within his assigned area to meet daily changes in operating requirements and priorities. Recommends special work schedules, overtime or contractor participation to meet unusual or emergency situations. C. Plan assigned T&Is field-wide, analyses and sequences all work requests; estimates required manpower, justifying when necessary requests for additional manpower, overtime or extension of unit downtime. Assures that all details of material and equipment are available at jobsite. On major T&Is, he may direct one or more Maintenance Engineer III in accomplishing this phase of the work. D. Execute the actual work during a T&I period, coordinates activities of assigned craftsmen and such other personnel as are assigned (night shift coordination, etc.) to assist in the
