The Role:
THIS IS A NON-EXPAT ROLE.

• Ensure the reliability team, engineers as well as technicians, support the planning and execution teams to follow legal regulations in compliance with best practises with all applicable permits to work in place.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, local legislation, statutory requirements and regulations as well as corporate guidelines while performing maintenance related duties.
• Ensure the implementation of requirements of work delivered by service providers in all aspects such as inspections, calibrations, monitoring and analysis of reliability for critical equipment.
• Leading the team of maintenance engineers and technicians, to response to plant critical requirements in a prompt and timely manner to request for assistance and take concerted effort to meet planning and execution teams.
• Ensure proper control of technical documentation, including drawings, manuals data sheets, work orders e reports;
• Responsible for process analysers team, including technicians and supervision;
• Responsible for predictive techniques and best practises;
• Create preventive maintenance plans for equipment, working closely with planning and execution teams to focus on high availability and compliance of the plant.
• Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of department activities.
• Developing and Maintaining departmental work instructions for all tasks.
• To keep abreast of the Local regulatory requirements.
• Identify and create training and procedures necessary for all critical tasks, focus on inspection and reliability, as well as planning and execution teams, regarding execution, inspection, calibration, monitoring and analysis to achieve high performance in the maintenance.
• Propose improvements generated after root cause analysis, for installation and ensure compliance to Management of Change (MOC) which includes proper documentation of the change.
• Work closely with Planning and Execution leaders to improve the Maintenance Plans / schedules, ensuring optimum costs and high performance of equipment.

Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering with min 10 years of working experiences in Maintenance Reliability
