The Role:
Job purpose summary
Responsible for Developing a work management system including procurement for UK and Netherlands operations in Maximo.
The project manager will be responsible for implementing appropriate project controls, developing SoR, cost estimate, timeline and will build from current NL Maximo position. The PM will report out to the business on progress against an agreed cost, time and resource plan that will deliver a fit for purpose work management system and plan to pay process within Maximo.


Role and responsibilities

• Define Scope, Statement of Requirements, Work Breakdown Structure, Cost Estimate/Timeline and project charter
• Put in place the necessary project management framework in place to give structure and control of the project
• Develop a detailed stakeholder map and RACI chart to ensure adequate engagement with the business functions
• Develop detailed workflows for work management and supply chain processes in the plan to pay arena
• Establish a steering committee to provide guidance through the project and help unblock the business to ensure timely delivery
• Develop an appropriate reporting process to ensure stakeholders are appropriately informed of progress against the plan.
• Develop training program for system users
• Manage tendering activity through to successful award
• Manage Risks and Issues
• Create and maintain the Benefits Realisation Plan
• Analyse lessons learned to identify sources of information to be used in the prevention of a recurrence.
• Provide specialist knowledge and input to the project
• Mange third party vendors to ensure their deliverables are on time and within budget

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• High level of work management system experience essential
• Proficient project management skills
• Team player with a high degree of self-motivation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken through all levels of the organisation
• Proven high level of leadership skills in line with the Company values
• Influencing skills
• Facilitation skills for workflow mapping
• Experience of Maximo
