The Company:
Our client is a leading engineering solutions provider for blue-chip companies in the UK.

The Role:
Working with the OFD Onshore Facilities Division
Develop, review and ensure the requirements of the Contract Management Plan (CMP) are communicated and adhered to at all times
Provision of resources for the execution of all maintenance and defects response activities, to include support to the Contract HSSE Plan.
Management of maintenance tasks across the estate
Ensure Agility is used effectively by appropriate staff.
Ensuring Maintenance staff are trained and competent to undertake their roles
Assessing and addressing competency manpower shortfalls
Close liaison with Group HR and other support services
Ensuring compliance with Group standards for all activities
Developing efficient and effective service model options

Accountable for;
Safe, efficient and effective delivery of Maintenance and defects response activities across all site facilities

Must have previous experience with;
A COMAH environment
Must have the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Ability to assist in setting the delivery strategy for a complex contract set over areas and sites and clearly communicate that through the wider team
Able to demonstrate the establishment and application of governance utilising business systems and commercial, risk and schedule reporting processes that develop a results driven culture of excellence throughout the project team
Good experience of using and working with NEC requirements
Ability to identify and overcome any major impact on operational needs through team and customer engagement
Good employee relations experience at area and site levels
Track record of developing a proactive, collaborative open relationship with the Customer particularly in open reporting and evaluation of project data
Experience of working with a complex structure and stakeholders and ability to maintain good relationships throughout
A team leader with proven leadership skills with experience of managing in excess
of 10 staff and multi – disciplined direct reports across the UK
A dynamic manager who gains trust and respect through results and relationships

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
4 years working in high hazard environments
3 years in management position
HNC/HND in mechanical or electrical discipline

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
3 years working in a COMAH - environments
3 years in O&M manager position within Oil and Gas industry
