The Company:
A major, international oil and gas company

The Role:
•Responsible for maintenance delivery - oversees and drives
•Provides input to R&M strategy, and deploy them across water flood assets
•Leads national workforce work culture transformation towards proactive and productive maintenance.
The incumbent must be able to demonstrate past capability in taking an existing, immature organisation and re-building and re-shaping the team to meet the changing requirements of the field.

Duties will include the following:

•Identifies opportunities for campaign and cross-functional maintenance deployment
•Standardizes activities across all sites and maintenance teams
•Improves equipment reliability and availability.
•Engages workforce through clear, fit for purpose, and attainable targets
•Develops and owns Operations Expense (OPEX) budget for Water Flood assets maintenance
•Delivers main equipment overhauls against agreed plans and costs.
•Develops National staff capability and ownership.
•Produces and shares lessons learned.
•Supports the development, implementation and continuous improvement of Specific Equipment Plans for all production critical equipment, optimising PM and PdM.
•Maintains the list of Top 10 Defect Elimination Priorities for their area, and drive the associated improvement plan actions.
•Delivers / owns / coaches on RCFA investigations of larger production deferrals and breakdown events as dictated by the investigation trigger table.
•Improves critical systems and equipment repair procedures and spares strategies. Developing or validating business cases for spares holding.
•Sponsors and takes active part in related CoPs towards improved experience sharing, and subsequently helps in developing and maintaining OMS content
•Handles personnel related matters, including recruitment, succession planning, competence, KPIs, training, etc for the team

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Extensive experience in operational environments, JV/Non-Operated experience strongly preferred.
•Extensive experience in operations and maintenance in oil& gas or Water production or processing facilities.
