The Role:
The Reliability and Maintenance team is part of the “Operations Function” and has a region wide remit to minimise production loss and to improve equipment reliability/availability. In support of this the team is subdivided into a series of delivery teams focusing on:
• Maintenance Strategy Execution
• Rotating Machinery
• Automation and Instrument-Control-Electrical
• Production Efficiency Improvement
The Maintenance Engineers report to the AGT Region Maintenance Strategy and Execution Team Leader and provide the linkage between the CMMS and the Platforms.
Key accountabilities As part of the AGT Reliability and Maintenance team the Maintenance Strategy Execution team is tasked with the following deliverables:

• Maximise uptime by driving non intrusive maintenance and avoiding need for equipment shutdowns.
• Execute cost effective cross functional maintenance.
• SPA (Single Point Accountable) and interface with Platform
• Manage Maintenance Contracts including technical performance reviews
• Develop work packs for CAP activity
• Plan CAP Activity 8Q to 12 W to satisfy gate criteria.
• Technical Support for platform.

Reporting to the Maintenance Strategy and Execution Team Leader, this is a key role in delivery of the hub maintenance performance. The Maintenance Planner supports effective delivery of planning & scheduling with accountability for ensuring execution, closeout, and lessons learned for critical preventive and corrective maintenance with scopes including:
• Planned Maintenance Routines
• Long Term Correctives – (Non Routine)
• Rotating Eqpt Activity - (GT Overhauls & Inspections / Major Pump Changeouts)
• Maintenance Campaigns such as; Adhoc Electrical / Mechanical / Instrument Maintenance, PSV, EX, Hose, Crane, Lifeboats, F&G, Heat Exchanger Change outs etc.

The successful candidate will have to demonstrate a proven track record of safety behaviors and attitude, good communication skills and ability to work across discipline boundaries.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Essential Education University degree or equivalent is required
Essential experience and job requirements • A good communicator with proven influencing and networking skills.
• Experience in discipline engineering & maintenance.
• Understanding of the offshore working environment.
• Good working knowledge of planning software in a maintenance / operations environment (Primavera P3/P3e, MS Project).
• Good understanding and working knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems, preferably Maximo
Other Requirements (eg Travel, Location) There are no additional requirements.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Desirable criteria & qualifications • Has familiarity with industry design and construction codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
• Is competent in reading technical drawings
