The Company:
Our client is based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, they are currently building an integrated oil refining and petrochemical operation by way of upgrading their oil refinery and constructing a new petrochemical complex. This joint venture has been in place since August 2005 when the project was established. This is an opportunity to work for and with one of the worlds leading oil companies in one of their major downstream projects.

The Role:
Manufacturing Maintenance is responsible to handle all the plant related maintenance in safe and reliable manner in reduced cost, improved sustainability and develop best practices to maintain the plant with the industrial norms.

• Advice on all matters related to Plant Maint. Order (PMO) Planning, estimating, scheduling activities, generate reports to monitor & evaluate maintenance performance from SAP Data to ensure compliance with Company Instructions and audit requirements..
• Assist Section Head to coordinate with other interfaced entities to plan Maintenance activities within allocated budgets with least disruption to Operations. Prepares Job Step in proper execution sequence resource loaded with Craft MHrs., Crew Size, Mtrls. (9CAT & 9COM, surplus available), Tools, Service Eqpt., Special Preparation requirements for each step after visiting job site and sequenced to achieve job completion in a timely manner. Finalize Weekly Schedule for workable jobs, maintain PMO History, prepare Whole Job Standards (WJS) & review archived WJS.
• Assist Section Head to monitor maintenance work Progress and report requests for additional budgets to Manufacturing Section Heads as appropriate to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities. Audit all Field Maint. Planners to assure consistency in the application of procedures
• Prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports such as Charts, KPI's into a Depts. Report from SAP System on Maintenance Activities (Completed, Active, On-hold; Maint. Control, Monitoring & Backlog Reports) and analyze, recommend strategies for improvement to offer support to Operations.
• Assist Section Head in developing Key Performance Indicators(KPIs) for different crafts for effective monitoring and control to improve performance
• Assist Section Head to coordinate with Materials Section of General Admn., for material forecasting and categorizing the critical spares
• Provide coaching to lower level Field Planners and supervise their work and transfer skills to improve work performance in terms of best standards for planning and scheduling

Who we're looking for:
• Good knowledge of Maintenance Planning for the Petrochemical and allied industries
• Good knowledge of international maintenance planning standards and best practices
• Good knowledge of Computerized Maint. Mgmt. Systems(CMMS) such as SAP, MAXIMO etc.
• Planning skills
• Multicraft skills
• Inter-personal skills
• Communication skills

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• 8 - 12 years varied craftsman experience in a refining and petrochemical industry
• ITC qualified from Craftsmen (qualified & completed all Phases of the Maintenance Training Program).
