The Company:
With interests in over 20 UK Continental Shelf (UKCS) fields, my Client has one of the most significant exploration and production businesses in the offshore waters of the UK.

The Role:
HSSE
Contribute to a culture of continuous HSSE performance improvement.
Ensure daily activities on the Platform fully comply with Company practices including safe systems of work.
Ensure all work activities are carried out following safety arrangements and that processes are operated in line with industry and internal best practice.
Ensure that MTL is advised when any Safety Critical Equipment has failed to meet the performance standard.
Actively contribute to the maintenance team achieving outstanding performance in meeting Company Group targets of HSSE and efficiency.

Production Operation and Maintenance
Assist in ensuring consistency and accuracy of all information input into WMS.
Responsible for managing all Compliance issues for the Installation from a WMS perspective.
Ensure Scheduling business processes & procedures are ‘fit for purpose’ and complied with.
Provide weekly and monthly reports to management as required.
Recognised as a WMS ‘Super user’. Provide offshore training to technicians.
Assist with Planned Maintenance routine changes.
Liaise between on and offshore regarding work plan.
Assist with materials module interfaces.

Financials
Ensure cost effective maintenance is being carried out specifically with regard to the accurate and timely recording of actual time spent on maintenance work.

People and Organisation
Demonstrate an active performance mindset to others within maintenance team to focus behaviours on safe working and optimising maintenance levels against key targets.
Participate in training opportunities for offshore maintenance team regarding WMS.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Working knowledge of WMS (Maximo).
Working Knowledge of Computer software packages i.e Word, excel etc.
Working Knowledge offshore process system an advantage.
Working knowledge of Work order management and compliance.
Working knowledge of Primavera & Business Objects.
Proven capability in measuring and reporting data to deliver performance improvements.
