Our Client is an Independant Global Energy Leader with a strong commitment to Honest and Ethical Business Practices within the Oil and Gas Industry.

The Role:
The primary function of this position is to provide strategic maintenance, planning and equipment reliability support for our clients UK Operations. This role has overall responsibility for maintenance performance on our clients Operated Assets.

Duties/Responsibilities;
• Focal point for all issues relating to maintenance strategy, planning processes and equipment reliability
• Overall responsibility for maintenance performance including monitoring backlog, business process effectiveness and use of maintenance campaign teams
• Responsible for ensuring asset (maintenance) integrity strategies are fully implemented to safeguard the integrity of facilities
• Ensure maintenance strategies are aligned with HSE and business targets
• Provide drive and direction to ensure maintenance strategies are effectively implemented
• Analyse and improve the implementation of maintenance strategies and where applicable the development of generic maintenance strategies to improve Asset reliability and maintenance effectiveness
• Ensure suitable maintenance, planning & reliability KPI’s are in-place, focusing on the effectiveness of the maintenance processes
• Identify and prioritise maintenance, planning and reliability improvement opportunities across Assets

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Degree
• Recognised period in an similar role of Maintenance Management preferably with offshore experience
• Considerable experience of the oil and gas industry, predominantly gained in a production operations environment
• Good working knowledge and application of relevant UK industry regulations relating to the oil and gas industry
• Sound working knowledge and demonstration of safe working practices
• Familiar with quality processes and the application of continuous improvement tools desirable
• Proven ability to interact effectively at all levels and encourage a team ethos across core crew and subcontractors
• Highly effective relationship-builder internally and externally
• Ability to work in a fast moving, customer focused environment whilst maintaining the highest ethical integrity.
• Ability to understand and react with diverse groups and operations
• Computer literacy required on Windows based applications
• Competency in Risk based maintenance (RBM), reliabil
