The Role:
To provide technical administrative support to the Generic Maintenance Strategy Project, ad-hoc maintenance data update activities and modification close out reviews.

Main Duties:
The ideal candidate will perform a variety of duties including but not limited to:
• Provide data management support to the maintenance strategy team.
• Input and manipulate technical data in databases and spreadsheets.
• Manipulate data to enable ad-hoc reports to be generated in Excel, Word, Access and Powerpoint.
• Create presentations to convey key messages.
• Assist with administration for the team including; tracking of service requisitions, management of close out activities, Document Control.
• Organise team workshops / meetings.
• Compile team progress reports.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
o UK education to GCSE or Higher grade level or recognised NVQ (or equivalent) qualification.
o Experience of the oil and gas / energy industry.
o Have worked in a similar position within the oil and gas /energy industry.
o Sound knowledge of the functionality and operation of a typical North Sea production platform.
o Experienced in the use of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as MAXIMO.
o Advanced Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
o Experience in the use of MS Excel spreadsheets and MS Access with respect to database creation and data manipulation.
