The Role:
The ideal candidate will perform a variety of duties including but not limited to:

•Provide data management support to the maintenance strategy team
•Input and manipulate technical data in databases and spreadsheets
•Manipulate data to enable ad-hoc reports to be generated in Excel, Word, Access and Powerpoint
•Create presentations to convey key messages
•Assist with administration for the team including; tracking of service requisitions, management of close out activities, Document Control
•Organise team workshops / meetings
•Compile team progress reports

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
◦Experience of the oil and gas / energy industry
◦Have worked in a similar position within the oil and gas /energy industry
◦Sound knowledge of the functionality and operation of a typical North Sea production platform.
◦Experienced in the use of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as MAXIMO.
◦Advanced Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
◦Experience in the use of MS Excel spreadsheets and MS Access with respect to database creation and data manipulation
◦Ability to process large amounts of data from different sources.
◦Strong numerical and literacy skills.
◦Systematic and methodical approach.
◦Ability to operate in a fast environment and multi-task.
◦Ability to work unsupervised and demonstrate reliability.
◦Demonstrates a high attention to detail
◦Strong time management and organisational skills
◦Good teamwork and communication skills
