The company designs, constructs, transports, installs and removes offshore facilities for the global oil and gas industry. During the last decades they have become a significant international player in the offshore oil and gas construction industry. The Group consists of two divisions, each with a specific role in the activities of the Group
The Role:
Function:
Installation, maintenance and repair of site equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Adherence to Company Policy, Procedures and Handbook.
- Quality, safety, health and environmental awareness (e.g. responsible for own and others safety).
- To perform tasks which may be requested by Management/Supervision, from time to time.
- Individual risk awareness within job role.
- Understand and implement Permit to Work.
- Cable Management.
- Responsible for planned maintenance recording.
Competency Requirements:
- Successful SHE Induction & valid CCNSG Safety Passport
- Previous relevant experience.
- An understanding of company Quality, Safety, Health & Environmental systems & programmes.
- Communicate in a positive manner with Shopfloor Personnel and Site Supervisors, Supervisory Technicians and Discipline Supervisors..
- Completed a recognised training programme e.g, Time-Served Apprenticeship.
- 17th Edition wiring regs
- Competent driver (company vehicles).
- Ability to work safely at height.
Training Requisite:
- In-house training as required.
- Permit to Work
- Cherry Picker - Desirable
- Forklift Truck - Desirable
- Telehandler - Desirable.
- IEE Regs - Desirable (Electrical).
