The Company:
A major, international oil & gas company.

The Role:
It is anticipated that the post holder will remain with project through the start-up in mid-2017 and to cover at least the first twelve months of operations.

Key accountabilities:
• Review P&ID’s to test viability (operability, maintainability and access).
• Input into the equipment criticality analysis.
• Input into the RBI and IPF processes for equipment.
• Input into the condition based monitoring program.
• Support the development and data population of the computerised maintenance management system.
• Input into the plant maintainability reviews.
• Input into the development of maintenance plans and procedures.
• Input into the development of training plans for national staff.
• Input into the critical spares analysis process.
• Coaching and mentoring for national staff joining the maintenance team.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Full CompEx accreditation.
• Experience of developing equipment specific maintenance plans.
• Knowledge of the requirements of MPcp and other project processes.
• Experience of ICSS and Fire and Gas systems.
• Experience of coaching and developing staff within competency management framework.
