The Company:
Subsidiary of major energy company, operating offshore gas fields and onshore gas processing terminals.

The Role:
To provide a full administration, facilities and clerical support service to the Client delivering an effective service across the business. This role will mainly support the HR team the Clients hub to deliver its people plan and objectives through the effective provision of Management Information, Resourcing Data, Training Support and core administrative work for the Business Support Team.
Management Information and Training Advisor

Ownership of the HR dashboard and reporting requirements and alignment of Dashboard information with SAP data
Creation of the Monthly Business Report and liaison with the client HR on changes and challenges
Creation and maintenance of Organisation Charts
Reconciliation of employee data with finance for budget purposes
Liaison with key people contacts to validate resource movements
SAP reporting
Arrange and lead Look ahead resource meetings with Head of Dept
Analysis of resourcing information and focus on:
Live vacancies
pay reviews and benchmarking
Ex gratia payments and rationale
Retirements and Resignations (and reasons)
Tycom competence administrator (150-200 candidates) - Admin for competence assessments - recording, reporting etc
SAP/Tycom/HR Online owner training new starts
Systems On-boarding and Off-boarding
Tracking new starts through the on-boarding and induction process
Provide professional Data Management, resourcing, absence reporting and training services to include the application of company policy and processes, interpretation of data and the application of best practice.
Contribute to the development and delivery of manpower and training related Business processes aligned to business needs and which will drive improved business performance.
Provide management information / statistics on all people related matters, producing reports with detailed analysis and recommendations, as appropriate.
Support performance and talent management processes, including training, as required.
Collate / input data to support the implementation of the annual IPC / IPA and pay review processes.
Interface with outsourced People Services
Create and maintain a variety of documents including correspondence, files, records and registers using word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation packages, ensuring that information is clearly and accurately recorded and presented.
Provide an efficient administrative, technical, and clerical support service to various departments by utilising a variety of office equipment and systems
Be fully flexible to undertake other tasks from time to time.

Management Information and Training Advisor- The Person
Experience ideally in a resourcing/analyst role and ideally in an HR function with an underpinning a sound understanding of training.
Good verbal (presenting, negotiating, counselling) and written (report writing, contractual) communication skills and a professional manner.
Influential, persuasive, commercially focussed, flexible, can do attitude.
Understanding of the principles and processes of effective team working.
Strong IT skills and experience in a variety of Microsoft software applications
