The Company:
Our Client is a global group of energy and petrochemical companies, whose aim is to meet the energy needs of society, in ways that are economically, socially and environmentally viable, now and in the future. They employ around 90,000 people in more than 80 countries and territories.

The Role:
Organise and facilitate department meetings including meeting preperation with repect to people, agenda and subject matter.
Ensure approporiate managment of document control.
Responsible for reviewing the status of all live Managment of Change (MOC) Requests in that area of responsibility, calling for assistance when the process requires expediting and ensuring that MOC Requests are properly closed out and archived on completion.
Other ad hoc tasks to be included.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Good people skills
Organsational skills
IT literate
Communication skills
Previous Admin co-ordination is advantageous.
