The Company:
An international EPC Company involved in LNG and Mining Projects.
The Role:
Reporting to the Management of Change Supervisor and providing day to day assistance to the Senior Project Managers and Discipline Teams in developing Trends and Project Deviation Notices (PDN).
Duties include:
Trend and PDN Co‐ordination.
Trend and PDN Review.
Assistance in compiling the following reports.
Trend Meeting Report.
Directorate Meeting Report.
CVX Meeting Reports.
Assist with keeping the following Registers / Databases up to date.
Trend Register.
PDN Database.
Be able to guide all users in the correct use of Management of Change procedures.
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Construction, Engineering or Financial / Commercial / Contract Background would be advantageous.
Past Project experience provides an ideal background for this role and the relationship between the EPCM and the Client.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Must have demonstrated skill in problem solving and attention to detail.
Strong MS Office skills are required for this role including complete familiarity with Excel – including charts/graphs, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
