The Company:
Our client is one of the world’s largest and most diverse providers of professional technical services. With 2011 revenues of over $10 billion, offering support to industrial, commercial, and government clients across multiple markets. Services include scientific and specialty consulting as well as all aspects of engineering and construction, and operations and maintenance.

The Role:
Responsible for providing leadership to the sales and account management process and growing company revenues associated with the full breadth of Aker Solutions products for assigned key accounts. The job represents a balanced customer relationship management effort involving sales and account management skills, product knowledge/problem solving/solution skills and direction of all other and necessary specialised resources assigned to these key accounts.
In addition the individual will be responsible for proactively contributing to the further development of the key account programme across our UK customer base and leadership of other key account managers

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Owns overall leadership across all products, services and support to selected key UK accounts

Is the day to day senior executive business resource assigned to these key accounts

Is chartered to facilitate and own the overall account and opportunity planning process and its execution for these key accounts

Is also responsible for company communication inside our global organisation and across all organisations and lines of business within the assigned key accounts.

The key objectives are to develop deep customer knowledge and influence through forging executive relationships across all lines of business, increasing Aker Solutions reputation as a proven partner, increasing customer satisfaction and our revenue and footprint within the assigned key accounts

The individual will also be responsible for leadership of the key account sales and management processes, motivating and driving the other key account managers to achieve collective objectives across the programme
