The Role:
- Responsible for setting and leading the overall work program and direction for groups managing all aspects of geological, geophysical, and reservoir engineering work related to optimization of recovery of oil/gas for further drilling and evaluation.
- Proper reservoir engineering requires complex simulation models and full integration with the geological and geophysical models
- Ensure that all subsurface conclusions and recommendations are communicated broadly and understood by the company as well as the government and customers. Continuing development of the fields and exploration for additional oil and gas volumes are priorities of the subsurface group
- More than 20 of direct & indirect reports integrated asset team of geoscientist and engineer
- Lead reserves calculation, reservoir characterization, geomodelling and reservoir simulation, well planning ad work together with Well Services, production engineering and other group to optimize asset and production.
- Responsible for setting the strategies direction of the onshore asset team and coordinating the collaboration efforts of the entire asset team for the efficient and optimal exploitation of resources

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Minimum Bsc degree in Geology and preferably in Msc degree in Geophysics/Geology/Reservoir engineering
- Minimum 15 years of working experience in oil/gas exploitation to find prospect/opportunities, economic evaluation, log interpretation, reservoir simulation and leading the GGRE team.
- Minimum 5 years supervising or managing exploration/exploitation and production GGRE employees
- Indonesian nationality
