The Company:
Experienced M&E Project Manager to work on prestigious energy performance contracts within the healthcare sector, in Central London. The role will involve liaising and managing M&E Sub Contractors to ensure their work is carried out in accordance with the design/spec or employers requirements, and ensuring all mechanical and electrical installation is carried out to the highest standard. The Role:
Responsibilities:

• Reviewing & approval of subcontractors site documentation including but not limited to;
• Risk Assessments & Method Statements, Installation programmes, Test and Inspection documentation.
• Create a schedule of weekly contractor meetings
• To manage & deliver a number of large, medium or small projects to time, scope, cost & quality.
• To take full ownership & responsibility to lead end-to-end project delivery from defining project structure & gathering business requirements through planning, to building and implementation.
• All elements of stakeholder management; handling conflict, negotiating project deliverables, engaging & managing key internal & external stakeholders.
• Put in place & manage all key project management deliverables through effective use of change & project management methodologies & also adherence to the British Gas Change Delivery Model.
• Lead Business Readiness requirements through working with the business readiness team, project team & operations to ensure implementation & adoption of change is handled seamlessly.
• Create appropriate project governance; plan & lead review meetings with key stakeholders & drive agenda.
• Create & implement RAID (risk, assumptions, issues, dependencies) management to assess & manage all items & overcome project barriers

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
We are looking for the following skills:
• M&E site management experience – ideally in hospital construction work (new build or refurb)
• An industry applicable ONC or City & Guilds / NVQ equivalent • Relevant H&S qualifications (IOSH or CITB 2 Day Site Safety Supervision, relevant CSCS card and First Aid training).
• Well-developed time management and organisational skills • Good conflict resolution and negotiation skills • Proactive approach to dealing with clients and/or suppliers
• Ability to work with established processes in a logical manner, but also to adapt these as appropriate in specific situations
• IT skills (e.g. PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel) • An inspirational manager that can get the best out of individuals and teams. Can build consensus, work in a matrix structure, deliver performance and outcomes, and drive the professional and personal development of team members
