The Company:
A major Global operator focusing on Exploration and Production operating in more than 110 countries and employing over 100,000 people. A leader in the Oil and Gas and Petrochemical Industries priding themselves in their innovation and Environmental/Energy Efficiency.

The Role:
Working with assets to embed the maintenance and integrity execution processes as base business, all through an integrated SAP PM structured work programme, and incorporating the use of a performance dashboard to enable them to manage the business and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities: HSE Expectations
•Effective Performance through HS&E and STOP program
•Achieve safety standards as defined in personal performance contract
•Responsible for assessing effectiveness of working practices and systems with a view to continuously improving systems, personal and team performance
•Carry out work in accordance with UIE Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality systems
•Proactive and visible HSE behaviours at all times
•Demonstrate commitment to safety through language, behaviour and actions
•Demonstrate recognition and responsibility for the safety of colleagues and others onshore and offshore
•Promote and encourage team safety performance through all aspect of the change management General
•Continuous Engagement of Operations and Maintenance of the Asset at all levels to facilitate/guide/develop the Assets capability to:-
oAnalyse Performance
oIdentify Opportunities for Improvement
oPrioritise & Target Improvement Opportunities
oEffective Engagement of Key Stakeholders to develop Solutions
oEffective Implementation of Solutions
oIdentification and Sharing of Best Practice
oOngoing Monitoring and Control of Performance & Improvements
oIdentify & Implement Learnings from the above Process

•Support or Lead formal Reviews of Performance against a Standard Global Measures Tool.
•Establish a good working relationship with SAP PM Trainer and encourage the Assets to fully utilise this resource
•Ensure alignment with any new ways of working or initiatives.
•Liaison to enable best practice sharing with equivalent roles across Europe

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a relevant industrial role (Oil & Gas Preferred)
• IT literate, with skill level in CMMS (Preferably SAP)
• Mainly shore based with requirement for offshore/plant work
• Excellent communication skills and above average interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and to challenge
• Analytical and prioritisation skills
