The Role:
B. Purpose

Support supervisor on preparing the Manning plan and Budget Plan. Monitor both Manning and Budget plans throughout the year and make report on discrepancies and amendments that occurred in the year to make the plan effective. By support of supervisor, cooperate with line-managers to develop HR planning strategies which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements to ensure the sustainability of organization.

C. Responsibility

• Support supervisor on managing of overall Manning Plan and Budget plan;
• Work with each Division/Section to update/adjust Manning Plan on quarterly basis;
• Work with IT team and consultant to build up HR system for manning plan and budget control;
• Preparing for annual and mid-term Manning plan, making the necessary update of the plan according to any material changes in the business or the regulations. And develop the Manpower budget plan based on Manning Plan.
• Cooperate with recruitment team to have effective implementation of Manning plan.
• Support supervisor on appraisal procedure in relation with manning plan.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly reports as required;
• Other works assigned by supervisor;

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Only candidates who already obtained the permission to work in Vietnam would be considered.
A. Requirements

Educational Level : University graduated or above
Work Experience : At least 05 years’ experience in HR related works in foreign joint venture projects;
Specialty/Qualification: 
Experience of working or liaising with international company / organizations;
Actual experience in HR related works ;
Skills : 
Good verbal and listening skills, including cultural sensitivity and discretion in dealing with confidential or sensitive information;
 Effective written communications skills including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, policies and procedures;
 Advanced Communication in English;
 Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
