The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Manufacturing Engineer, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Knowledge of stamping & / or body assembly processes and equipment, although equally important is the individual's ability to identify all the business & technical issues related to a new technology. Knowledge of project planning and management techniques. Good PC literacy including limited Web Authoring skills.
Advanced Manufacturing / Process Engineer skills, including clients Process systems CAD design and VIS Mock-up. Knowledge and understanding of client functional processes, ideally within Trim and Final area of production. Well-developed presentation and communication skills. A good level of competency with all MS Office packages, particularly Microsoft Excel. Flexibility in being prepared to work at any production sites for short periods depending on project requirements.
Minimum 2 years in Manufacturing / Process Engineering

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
GSPAS - Process authoring system WERS. Bill of Material Educated to HND level in Manufacturing Systems or a similar engineering discipline. Decoder for build card EM Planner.
Experience within the client business particularly in Trim environment.
