The Company:
Is a leading Automotive manufacturer with a reputation for outstanding quality the world over. With demand increasing and an upturn in production, there is a need to bring further skills into the business to deliver on current and future projects.

The Role:
To analyse and resolve both part and sub-assembly feasibility issues on future products and current models.

To develop, define and introduce well designed processes, tooling and layouts for the manufacture of
future products and current models.

1. Accountable for both part/sub-assembly feasibility by working closely with Engineering, Metrology, Pre-Series Centre and other
Production Functions.
2. Accountable for preparingm processes and facilities for the introduction of future products and current models into series
3. Support concern resolution through VDS & PPS processes.
4. Identifying and managing controlled build activities.
5. Support module activities.
6. Support series production.
7. Ensure all activities are conducted in line with BPS and company systems.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum HND standard, ideally technical apprenticeship completed.

PC literate - Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
