General • Responsible for the safe, efficient, and effective execution of project scopes and communication of project goals and expectations; • Manage the contractor project execution performance and facilitate the contractors and vendors to successful scope delivery; • Ensure the installation contractor has a competent organization and a high standard of resources in-place to successfully execute the work; • Maintain awareness and promote conformance to Global Project Organization (GPO) expectations and requirements of Safe Design and Quality Build within the T&I Team and the contractors; • Promote, demonstrate and ensure compliance with all appropriate elements of the GPO, Operating Management System (OMS), including Risk Management, Continuous Improvement and Management of Change; Project Management Delivery Scope: • Review and comment on the Contractor’s offshore installation plans and procedures; • Act as Single Point of Contact with the vessel’s Captain/ Superintendent with regards to (as a minimum): • Daily meetings • HSSE issues • Operational decisions • company signature • Permit to work • Other permits required to work in the field • Chair daily vessel progress calls to report on progress, highlight issues and manage Simultaneous Operations (SIMOPs); • Approve the Daily Progress Report (DPR) as a factual record of the day’s events on the vessel or make comments to record any dissention from it; • Ensure that the contractor on board of the vessels have received adequate instruction and familiarisation in company requirements, regulations, policies, procedures and any special or unusual hazards with regards to the T&I work scope; • Provide daily confirmation that the Contractor is complying with agreed Marine and Project procedures; • When required, work in close cooperation with the OIM/company Asset personnel, Wells personnel and company Technical Representatives; • Ensure compliance with the company GOC (Guidance on Certification) system for handover of completion certification at the appropriate stage gates. Ensure handover to commissioning is completed; • Assist the company Installation team onshore when required. Responsibilities • Participate in Risk assessments Identify the major hazards, ensure that these hazards are mitigated to acceptable risk levels within project guidelines; • Verify that the Contractor manages maximum periods offshore for operational personnel and that working conditions are maintained to a standard consistent with acceptable comfort; • Be knowledgeable of: Worksite hazards, communications, local working practices, logistics and emergency procedures; • Report all emergencies, accidents, incidents and uncontrolled events and investigate as appropriate. Act as company focus during any emergency on the T&I vessels. Complete all necessary reports and provide inputs into HSSE Incident and Accident reports where pertinent; • Ensure that the formal risk assessments, safety meetings and emergency drills, and regular work site meetings have been conducted with regard to the T&I work scope; • Ensure contractors have received and reviewed the vessel / worksite bridging documents; • Ensure the Management of Change (MOC) process is followed; • Ensure that the necessary assurance activities have been completed; • Ensure that regular communications are maintained with key personnel; • Report job progress and operational issues; • Issue all formal site instructions / directions to the contractor on behalf of company.

Experience of working with interdisciplinary teams and communicate with discipline engineers; • Financial and commercial awareness; • Proven capability to develop team safety and risk management skills. • Ability to intervene in critical situations in order to redirect focus and achieve the required result; • Self-motivated; • Computer literate;

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in oil and gas / petrochemical or relevant international projects, in a similar role. • Ability to develop procedures, practices and strategies from first principles, developing and understanding project schedules (in Scheduling and Planning application) • Proven capability of contractor management and execution of offshore construction activities;

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Proactively demonstrate sophisticated decision-making and leadership skills needed to address complex stakeholder groups and issues associated with Major Projects; • Exhibits understanding of Major Projects Common Processes of engineering &construction practices and the latest international standards that assure integrity of build and construction quality
