The Company:
An international EPC Company involved in LNG and Mining Projects.

The Role:
This position is located in the Perth Office and will be responsible for the day to day management of the Marine contracts processes and to provide administration support to the Marine Logistics team. This position reports to the Marine Logistics Manager.

• Lead Interface between contracts and logistics departments with respect to current Marine
logistics contracts.
• Day to day document control and data entry of contractual documents.
• Management of technical and commercial queries.
• Document registration and project electronic filling in the web based project document control
system, Documentum.
• Assisting the Marine Logistics team in the development and improvement of Marine Logistics
procedures and operations at AMC.
• Formatting and producing accurate, timely and well presented documents, in accordance with the
Gorgon Projects's document control requirements.
• Flexibility in deployment to other Supply Bsses as required to fill emergent gaps in capability.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Demonstrated leaderships skills
• Previous administration management skills
• Adaptability to changing environments
• Commercial experience

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Marine or Contracts experience
