Oil and gas company is looking for Marine Coordinator:

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE ELIGIBILITY TO WORK IN RF.

The Role:
Responsibilities:

the first Company contact person on matters related to the Project vessels spread service and the Project;
monitoring that the Owner/Master of the vessels are implementing the International and Flag statutory legislation on the Project vessels spread. Monitoring that all the Project vessels spread are operated under the latest requirements in providing the safe running of the vessels, and in case of hazardous situation, accident, emergency or evacuation, he will support the Master of the vessels;
Familiarize Masters and Marine crew with the specific requirements to the Project operations, ensuring that all Marine activities are carried out as per Marine best practices;
monitor in cooperation with the vessels’ Owner that the Project vessels spread are comply with the International and Local Certifications and Permits in accordance with Statutory International Legislation and Project requirements;
monitor that the marine equipment are periodically inspected and certified in accordance to the respective vessel Classification Society and Project requirements;
organizes and coordinates with HSE Department Project vessels spread Marine Audits and Inspection as requested by the Client policies, ensuring performance of the respective close-out. Support, the Master during the flag administration inspections; supervises of the vessels;
responsible for preparing operational and technical evaluation for chartered vessels, in accordance with Project requirements and operational needs, assisting to Project Management;
advises the Project Director with respect to necessary new investments, or possible improvements related to vessels operations.
Fulfilling any additional duties within own experience and capability as advised by Project Director;
monitor compliance of transportation operations process to contract terms, requirements of normative legal acts and international agreements on transportation;
prepare documents, acts and daily reports in accordance with the prescribed form;
carry out his/her job activity in Company's interests, following the requirements of corporate policy, and ethical standards of behavior;
keep documentation in order, regularly review the messages received via e-mail and answer them in a timely manner;
observe Company's internal labor regulations;
observe occupational health and safety rules, environmental protection rules;
not disclose information that constitutes confidential information;
also other obligations established by acts of the employer and/or expressed by the line manager in verbal form and responsibilities which are outgoing from the nature of the appointment/specialty of employee and the character of carrying out job.
