The Company:
Our client is actively involved in numerous projects in upstream oil and gas industry in Vietnam. Our client is now in stage of development of discovered gas field Rong Doi and Rong Doi Tay. Commencing end of 2006, gas from this field is transporting onshore through subsea Nam Con Son pipeline and supplying Vietnamese gas consumers for over 23 years.

The Role:
Vietnamese Only!

- To assist Marine Manager to manage general matters pertaining to Marine work;
- To follow marine service, manage contracts of the FSO, support vessels. Update and keep marine data in file system as well as monitor their service performance in accordance with assignment of Marine Manager;
- To prepare monthly operations report and create purchase request in SAP system for marine services, consumable, etc. as requirements;
- To be familiarized with operations of concerned parties such as FSO, Surveyors, Port authority, Customs departments, Immigration, Agency, etc...;
- To understand Supply & Standby vessel (AHTS type), FSO operational & lifting procedures;
- To supervise off-take operations;
- To issue and ensure that all offloading documentation is completed and filed;
- Others as assignments of Marine Manager.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Marine Navigation Engineer Degree, bearing master marine or deck officer certificate. More than 03 years experience working onboard Crude Oil Tanker / FPSO or AHTS is preferable;
- A sound knowledge of International and Vietnamese Regulations / Laws and acts relevant to the Marine industry such as maritime economies and international transport, maritime insurance + economic terms;
- With a comprehensive understanding of all necessary regulations related to Cargo lifting;
- Computer Literate in Data base/ spreadsheet and relevant software;
- Have ability to organize own work/study and meet strict deadlines;
- Good supervisory and leadership skills, along with communication and interpersonal skills;
- A good command of English both verbal and written;
- Able to work individually or as a team player.
