The Company:
Our Client is a JV between Major Oil & Gas Operators

The Role:
Marine Heavy-Lift Specialist will:
- Report to Project Logistics Manger and perform as a key member of the overall Project Procurement Organization
- Collaboratively works with Marine Superintendent and Marine- Land heavy-lift sub – contractors in the implementation of Heavy -Lift execution plans, including the safe
management and transport of all Module /OOG equipment loading / discharge operations at Fab Yards , International and Domestic Transshipment Ports , including road / rail
transport through to installation at Tengiz site location(s) .
- Provide assurance to Heavy-Lift operation interfaces between the FEED/EPCM Contractor and Implementation Contractors.
- Oversee Heavy Lift operational aspects of marine vessels used during Phase 4. Including the coordination and conduct of Critical
equipment transportation reviews, inspections and audits of vessels, and owner/operators of vessels, engaged in transportation of Modules and OOG equipment and
installation activities at site locations .
- Management of Heavy-Lift operations and assets throughout the supply chain.
- Assist EPCm in the development of the Marine / Land Heavy Lift procedures and work processes in consultation with project team, EPCm contractors, CVX Shipping , CET
and ETC .
- Commits to and champions implementation of a safe working environment for everyone on the project and the continuing establishment of an incident and injury free culture
- Act as a member of the project team supporting Engineering, Construction, Business and Operations functions
- Coordinate with project team members, SBU SCM, project partners and the EPCm Contractor to develop strategies and tactics which maximizes commercial opportunities in
support of project business drivers.
- Establish and implement strategies to develop and use Marine and Land Heavy -Lift operators and service providers as a key project objective
- Maintain consistent contact with centralized PRC Logistics for project support and career development
- Support PRC, SBU and other enterprise stakeholder organizations as directed or requested

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Knowledge of large major capital projects (MCP) and EPC company operations/processes and contracting strategies in both upstream and downstream international projects.
Hands-on MCP Module / OOG Marine /Land Heavy-Lift experience, preferably in the EPC industry. Knowledge of the Marine and Land Heavy-Lift service provider and supplier community for Vessels and Heavy-Lift equipment required to develop a MCP.
Excellent communicator with demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to establish and lead a high performance team with EPCm.
Familiarity with developing Intermodal ( Sea/Road/ Rail ) Heavy - Lift execution stratagies, plans and negotiation strategies to optimize commercial opportunities on MCPs.
