The Company:
The client is a world leading company in the provision of automotive original and aftermarket manual and automatic clutch components to a wide range of client organisations.

The Role:
The Marketing and Sales Executive will be hungry for success and ready to travel extensively in whilst meeting and exceeding targets.

- From an automotive aftermarket background you will build solid relationships with motor factor retail stores maintaining regular on-going proactive contact with existing customers to maximise opportunities and protect relationships.
- A 'can-do' attitude with entrepreneurial spirit the successful candidate will demonstrate a track record of exceeding sales quotas with the ability to analyse and interpret sales data and financial reports.
- Any additional languages (German, Spanish, French, Italian, and Arabic) will be considered a distinct advantage however being self-driven and having the willingness to undertake considerable travel and spend extended periods away from home is also advantageous and essential.
- There is some travel involved in this role.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Experienced target driven motor factor sales account executive
Sound knowledge of the aftermarket automotive industry

Good communication skills with motor factor parts and counter sales staff and management and also with Buying Group principals and company directors.
Well-presented and persuasive with excellent negotiation skills especially when difficult trading issues are under discussion (price, quality, availability, warranty and rebate).
Must be capable of building a solid business relationship with their key contacts (usually parts managers/buyers and company directors).
Vital to understand stock turn, buying margin, systems parameters, campaigns & promotions
Capable of planning, preparing and producing their own motor factor visit schedule in the most economical and beneficial manner.
Experience of operating on their own initiative in a field based environment
Attention to detail and understands the importance of reporting regularly to senior management
