The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
Due to unparalleled growth our client is looking to expand their External Affairs team within the Perth office. Reporting to the Communications Manager, this role is designed to develop marketing communications channels and materials to enhance employee engagement and build our clients reputation and profile.

Ideally, you will possess relevant Oil & Gas Industry experience, and will be able to ‘hit the ground running’ by developing communication tools & materials of different natures with minimal supervision. Some of your primary responsibilities will include:

• Contributing to the development of an online and digital communication strategy
• Develop and manage content for corporate and Project websites
• Develop and manage content for the intranet
• Coordinate corporate and Project advertising programs and campaigns
• Contribute to the development of creative communication collateral including publications, news items and content for online channels
• Coordinate production of a Project-wide community bulletin (advertisement) on a monthly basis
• Contribute to the writing and coordinate the production of external communications
• Ensure all communication is consistent and in line with corporate standards, supporting the communication strategy

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
To be considered for this very rare opportunity, you will be an experienced Communications professional with good exposure to the oil and gas industry, and as a minimum, you must possess:

• A degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communication or related field
• Substantial experience in developing internal and external communication tools and materials including publications, newsletters, email direct marketing, brochures, DVDs, advertisements, exhibition displays etc
• Significant experience writing for different audience and channel needs
• A proven track record in developing and executing successful communication strategies
• Proven ability to manage external contractors delivering design and production services for communication materials
• Highly developed written, verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide advice to senior stakeholders and work effectively in a culturally diverse environment.
