The Company:
Our client is based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, they are currently building an integrated oil refining and petrochemical operation by way of upgrading their oil refinery and constructing a new petrochemical complex. This joint venture has been in place since August 2005 when the project was established. This is an opportunity to work for and with one of the worlds leading oil companies in one of their major downstream projects.

The Role:
Marketing Controller Responsibilities:

• Assist the Marketing Section Head and executives with marketing tasks, whilst increasing own marketing knowledge
• Ability to gather better quality market intelligence to enhance overall Marketing.
• Administration of chemical service providers invoices received, monitoring against planned spend, and passing for payment.
• Provide Sales status reports of all Marketers to Management.
• Support day-to-day activities of the Marketing team, ensuring an effective flow of work.
• Maintained the highest level of confidentiality. Able to handle sensitive material concerning the organization and the market
• Highly organized with the ability to pay attention to detail, set priorities, balance competing demands and meet strict dead
• Communicate any error of sales figures in SAP to IT and follow up for actions.
• Teamwork and Cooperation.
• Market Research & Analysis, Antidumping, Rebate and Agent Commission calculation
• Refined Products prices & margins, polymers inventory (PR & SCA)
• Monthly calculation and reporting of Actual Sales Volumes & Prices of Refined Products, Petrochemicals and Monomers to all regions
• SAP support, report design coordination, analysing & solving problems related to sales orders in SAP
• Maintenance and Review of the Marketing Procedure
• Calculation of Polymers & Refined products final prices, monthly customer discounts, prices, allocation revision, and yearly contracts with SA and SCA in SAP
• Supporting Marketing Executives to prepare the price forecast report for crude oil, refined products and petrochemical products, in addition to developing and presenting regular market outlook to the management committee.
• Evaluation of IMS & Auditing Issues (External & Internal Auditors)

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• BSc Bachelor Degree in Computer Science
• Diploma in Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
