The Company:
Our client is the fifth largest oil and gas company in the world. The company has proved itself to be a leading energy provider in the UK, France and Germany.
They started expanding its services in other European countries including the Netherlands. The company, located in The Hague, is looking for enthusiastic and proactive people who will strengthen their organization.

The Role:
The Data marketing Analyst position will be a challenging role which will contribute greatly to the wider marketing team. There will be a required to capture data from multiple sources, analyse, and report back actionable insight that is data driven.

The role will consist of two responsibilities: setting up lead management, followed by data analysis resulting in pro-active steering information.
• Strong focus on technical and commercial knowledge of lead management
• Responsible for Lead database management & reporting
• Assist with modifying the existing database or developing a new platform for lead management purposes
• Identify any trends within data sets and be responsible for owning and maintaining channel mix, customer segmentation and provide analysed data for marketing purposes.
• Ensure a strategy is in place for lead generation and management per channel, making sure high quality leads are provided to the appropriate teams in a timely manner to reach sales targets.
• Through data analysis, understand where there is a strong and weak penetration of specific SIC or NACE. codes versus the ‘universe’ and where the strengths and weaknesses in the company's portfolio exist.
• Work with Data Management team on daily reporting of commercial margin and margin over the sales channels.
• Work with Marketing manager on commercial steering of channel mix to optimize the portfolio.
• Work with other marketing team member to optimise channel strategies and to optimise outbound marketing campaigns
• Assist the retention team by creating retention pipeline.
• Understand how churn can be decreased by utilising the lost customer data
• Ability to visualize results and tell the story from the analysis using tools like Tableau / Qlikview.

• Setting-up & ownership lead management, corresponding CRM and database
• Segmentation of data for marketing purposes
• Ownership of the marketing data strategy
• Providing insight into portfolio to drive decision making

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• 2+ years within a similar role.
• Hands-on experience of lead management
• Experience of data analysis and insight and data quality
• Demonstrated ability to support business functions through reporting and data analysis
• Experience of using CRM tool Microsoft Dynamics.
