The Company:
Our client is a Multinational Chemical company which will construct, own and operate a world-scale integrated chemicals complex in Saudi Arabia. Once completed, the complex will represent the largest petrochemical facility ever built in a single phase. Our client will establish a world-scale manufacturing footprint that delivers a full range of value-added, performance products destined for the emerging markets of Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Africa.

The Role:
Assist in the implementation of marketing plans and programs that are aligned with the strategic business plan and deliver sales volume target and profitability.
1. Participate in developing product pricing and sales plan in order to align marketing and sales efforts and consolidate different plans.
2. Participate in the sales process in order to achieve market share gains within key customers segments.
3. Drive new product sales by promoting the clients products in key accounts, in collaboration with sales.
4. Assist in the development of a marketing mix of various value-added chemical and plastics products that will successfully target the client’s customers.
5. Assist in developing marketing plans for existing products as well as launch execution strategy, brand strategy and value proposition for line extensions, and minor product modifications and new products.
6. Coordinate with advertising and marketing agencies to produce and launch advertising campaigns as well as marketing and sales collateral.
7. Assist in market research, market analysis and competitive analysis in order to identify threats and opportunities and develop marketing plan and activities accordingly.
8. Assist in the development and execution of successful product launches by creating launch plans, support materials, and training for sales teams.
9. Prepare weekly reports of marketing activities performed by the client.
10. Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration or any related field.
