The Role:
You will be working in the Commercial department assisting in the implementation of marketing plans and programs aligned with the company’s strategic business plan to deliver sales volume target and profitability.

• Participate in developing product pricing and sales plan to align and consolidate marketing and sales efforts.
• Participate in the sales process to achieve market share gains within key customers segments.
• Drive new product sales by promoting the company’s products in key accounts, in collaboration with sales.
• Assist in the development of a marketing mix of value-added chemical and plastic products to successfully target strategic customers.
• Assist in developing marketing plans for existing products as well as launch execution strategy, brand strategy and value proposition for line extensions, and minor product modifications and new products.
• Coordinate with advertising and marketing agencies to produce and launch advertising campaigns as well as marketing and sales collateral.
• Assist in market research, market analysis and competitive analysis to identify threats and opportunities and develop marketing plan and activities accordingly.
• Assist in the development and execution of successful product launches by creating launch plans, support materials, and training for sales teams.
• Prepare weekly reports of marketing activities.
• Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Minimum of Bachelors Degree within relevant field
• Candidate must have substantial experience in Polymers and Plastics
