The Company:
Our client is a Multinational Chemical company which will construct, own and operate a world-scale integrated chemicals complex in Saudi Arabia. Once completed, the complex will represent the largest petrochemical facility ever built in a single phase. Our client will establish a world-scale manufacturing footprint that delivers a full range of value-added, performance products destined for the emerging markets of Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Africa.

The Role:
Responsible for the development and implementation of marketing plans and programs that are aligned with the client's strategic business plan and deliver sales volume target and profitability.
1. Coordinate with product management and sales units in developing product pricing and sales plan in order to align efforts and consolidate different plans.
2. Collaborate with the sales division in the sales process in order to achieve market share gains within key customers segments.
3. Partner with sales to drive new product sales by promoting the client's products in key accounts.
4. Coordinate with the product management division to develop a marketing mix of various value-added chemical and plastics products that will successfully target the client’s customers.
5. Define market position and market plans for existing products as well as launch execution strategy, brand strategy and value proposition for line extensions, and minor product modifications and new products.
6. Conduct market research, market analysis and competitive analysis in order to identify threats and opportunities and develop marketing plan and activities accordingly.
7. Optimize the allocation of funds to maximize ROI, and allocate sufficient resources towards promising projects.
8. Review the client’s product mix regarding both profits and risks in consultation with production planning, and ensure they are targeted towards the client’s customers.
9.Develop and execute successful product launches by creating launch plans, support materials, and training for sales teams.
10. Ensure all marketing strategies adhere to the client’s regulations and ethical code of conduct.
11. Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.

Managerial Duties;
1. Manage and oversee the day-to-day work performed by Division staff.
2. Ensure all tasks and activities are performed in accordance with the client's policies and procedures.
3. Assess the current skill set of employees and identify the need for development programs.
4. Motivate, coach, develop and support respective employees.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration or any related field.
