The Company:
Our client is the fifth largest oil and gas company in the world. The company has proved itself to be a leading energy provider in the UK, France and Germany. They started expanding its services in other European countries including the Netherlands. The company, located in The Hague, is looking for enthusiastic and proactive people who will strengthen their organization.

Please note that fluency in Dutch and English is required for this assignment.

The Role:

• Develop, agree and implement Marketing and Branding Strategies to optimise market position
• Advise and define with sales on how agreed marketing budget is allocated.
• Responsible for Managing and selecting of potential digital and marketing partners.
• Advising board on digital marketing needs for Gas & Power Marketing in coherence with other entities and implementing in the Netherlands.
• Manage and delegate all advertising and promotional activities via marketing team, agencies and supplies.
• Lead & participate in origination processes for marketing campaigns; working with Sales; aligning marketing and sales objectives within guidelines.
• Storyboard, devise customer journeys and establish minimum requirements for product development.
• Manage all internal and external Events, Exhibitions and Communications.
• Approval marketing material.
• To manage, develop and motivate the marketing team.

Strategic Marketing
• Conduct market and customer research; to benchmark position against competitors.
• Consult Data management team to generate deep analytics to determine customer life cycle value per segmentation.
• Continuously improve customer valuation and conversion cost tools, to improve target marketing.
• Responsible for all on and offline lead generation activities and including data quality and management and reporting associated KPIs.
• Devising and implementing strategies to achieve and exceed value expectations of the business

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• MSc or higher educated.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in a commercial environment
• A minimum of 5 years industry experience.
• Strong commercial track record of delivering and meeting targets.
• Strategic minded able to work with the bigger picture.
• Strong structured approach to project management.
• Team player.
• Creative.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Can do, today attitude.
