The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Please note this role is a Marketing/Product Analyst*
The division is responsible for the creation, development, manufacture and launch of consumer defined bespoke products and accessories.
The role is based within the Marketing team and will be the primarily lead for defining competitive & compelling accessory range programmes for all vehicle lines.
The Responsibilities:
Own the development & delivery of accessory vignettes and be responsible for all Marketing Pre- activities for new accessory product programmes.
Be the departmental expert for detailed competitor analysis of accessory product ranges and accessory strategies for future vehicle lines.
Own the definition & agreement of pricing and volumes with Aftersales for & , using historical data and direct Market feedback and communications.
Lead Voice of the Market processes for accessory programmes.
Prepare briefing documents & summaries for future accessory products for the Markets and support Market briefing events when necessary.
Lead the communication of future accessory programmes to key in Market Aftersales leaders.
Support the Global Product Managers in preparing briefing and presentation material for LSC / LPM meetings, Programme gateway reviews and other cross functional meetings.
Be the Voice of the Customer for accessory innovation by being the key interface between the Engineering innovation teams and the Markets

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Demonstrable experience of working in a similar role.
Ability to form good working relationships with internal and external facing teams and get consensus on the key decisions regarding accessories products and marketing.
Discipline of planning and working to the strict deadlines.
Excellent analytical and numerical skills including close attention to detail
Have excellent oral and written communication skills
Have good networking skills
Have a determination to get the job done

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Degree Level, or HNC/ HND with significant experience.
Previous Sales or Aftersales operational experience
Previous experience of sales forecasting
Product strategy experience
Knowledge of competitors, products and positioning
