The Company:
Our client, a major owner/operating company, requires expertise for their ongoing projects throughout Canada.

This position is open to Canadian Citizens and Permanent Residents only. The ideal candidate will already reside in Toronto, Ontario.

The Role:
This position is for a Marketing Program & Analytics advisor with extensive experience in both project management and strategic analytics preferably with a customer focused retail marketing background. This dynamic and forward thinking individual will have the ability to analyze complex data with sound rationale and intellectual thoroughness using initiative to identify process improvements and drive implementation. An aptitude for working under pressure to tight deadlines is essential, in addition to strong communication / interpersonal skills for communicating confidently with key stakeholders at varying levels across the business.


• Develop and lead key marketing programs from concept to execution
• Perform monthly competitive offer scans and comparative reports
• Lead the financial planning activities for key marketing projects within the retail business
• Model profitability/ROI scenarios with sensitivity analysis and effectively communicates business assumptions in forecasts
• Provide ongoing analysis on performance vs. forecast submissions, providing interpretation of results and recommendations to improve performance
• Provide ongoing interpretation of key marketing data points to enable the business to make decisions and achieve targets. Identifies actions to drive opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Support the accurate implementation of group analytic methodologies.
• Provide input as required in terms of cost, margin and profitability analysis.
• Build working relationships with internal stakeholders.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• A business degree or a degree in a quantitative subject is required
• Project Management skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and good negotiation skills, with experience managing internal stakeholders
• Experience in a customer focused marketing environment
• Experience with CRM, strategy and loyalty schemes
• Ability to communicate across all levels and be comfortable presenting
• Strong analytic background with the ability to model data, understand date, and interpret data
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
