The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Principal Analyst, VIC Customer Solutions - with core responsibility for Digital Asset Solutions, including Early Product Configurator & Web Configurator support. Liaise with the client's Marketing & Design to define their Digital Asset Business Use cases and related requirements, including Early Product Configurator & Web Configurator support. Generate a technical brief for the VIC Digital Assets & Tech team. Plan and deliver a pilot & deployment for this solution, that is sustainable - identify the on-going technical and resource requirements to make solution sustainable.

Essential Qualifications:

Good non technical visualisation experience (doesn't have to be within Engineering)
Project Management and strong marketing skills
Expanding visualisation working with business functions good knowledge of JLR marketing and design how they operate and lead projects to enable capabilities

Projects will include the move from physical to digital cars candidates need empathy with how marketing work and understanding visualisation capabilities improvements to change projects .
This role will incorporate changing marketing specific activity in brochures to production vision.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Awareness of Virtual and visualisation methods and techniques, and their application to enable business effectiveness. - Project management skills to enable effective requirements gathering, project scoping and delivery - High drive, self-motivated and able to deliver with minimum supervision. - Candidates must be committed, flexible and able to work under pressure. - Strong inter-personal skills and willingness to engage with stakeholders from all levels of the business - Excellent communication and presentation skills - High levels of personal organisation and motivation are essential. Experience of the client's Marketing and Design processes. Experience of the client's PCDS process. Delivering change to business areas. Producing and analysing business requirements and functional specifications Integrated PLM solutions and the advantage they can provide visualisation. Education: Product Management and / or Project Management qualification.
