The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Marketing Strategy Analyst. A new role in the UK Marketing team, reporting to the UK Marketing Strategy Manager (also a relatively new role since April 2016). Responsible for cross channel marketing activity planner and marketing meeting preparation, including minutes and action tracking. Responsible for data analysis and metrics reporting across channels to help evaluate return on investment on FME and drive best practice post campaign analysis. Co-ordination of UK input to the globally managed Quarterly Marketing Outlook, Mid-Term Communications Strategy and monthly Brand Committee meetings. A role that will require you to work across all UK marketing channels and all agency partners including: communications, experiential, digital and CRM, helping to drive strategic integration and alignment.

3 KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
1)Aptitude for data/ROI analysis, drawing relevant summaries and resulting actions from data collected and presented.
2)Strong written or verbal counsel, development of presentation material to a high standard, with good attention to detail.
3)Strategic thinking and problem solving

Experience Required: Marketing Qualification, MBA or equivalent. A few years experience in a marketing role - agency or client side is essential.

Experience Preferred: Ideally already experienced and comfortable with data analysis, marketing metrics and ROI analysis. Used to working with marketing agencies, having a sound knowledge of marketing communications process and briefing. Experience of market research would also be beneficial.

The role will also involve reviewing Brand Health in the UK, ensuring that we are addressing key priorities with our activity. There is on going management of our brand plans with aligned strategic input from all marketing channels, working closely with our strategic planners within our agency teams. The role will help support the on going co-ordination and updates to annual budgets and the business planning process.
