The Company:
Our client, a major Oil & Gas owner/operator, is seeking Edmonton Area based candidates to join their team.

The position offers opportunity to work on a large-scale project in a complex environment with numerous stakeholders. The successful candidate will develop their SAP Blueprint and CATS time writing skills.

The Role:
PRINCIPAL TASKS:

SAP Data Creation, Maintenance and Deletion
• Z6 Notification will be used to request and record master data changes/updates. PM Master Data Maintainer will execute SAP Master Data entry/updates based on approved Z6 master data requests (e.g. Functional Locations, Material Masters and Bills of Materials, Work centre, Preventative Plans and Items, Task Lists, Production Resource Tools)
• Validate Z6 requests against minimum data standard requirements and perform various quality checks for errors and consistency
• Coordinate and provide initial quality control check of the mass PM data setup request
• Provide an efficient request turnaround balancing a high degree of accuracy, with sometimes inadequate information, and unavailable approvers and requestors
• Provide feedback on Z6 requests as needed and coach end users on filling out the form correctly


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Has strong delivery focused mindset and ability to multi task in a diverse work environment
• Good written and verbal communications skills
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Must have strong computer skills
• Proficient in CMMS systems for Equipment Maintenance
• Strong organizational and effective time management skills
• Experience in SAP
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Initiative and aptitude to learn new skills
• Knowledge of Maintenance processes and roles of specific trades.
• Experience in a team environment is desired.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Previous SAP experience required, preferably with Master Data Maintenance focus.
