The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
Our Client is looking for an Item Master with an Electrical or Mechanical background to join their team in Perth on a 6 month contract

The role will involve validation of spares data to conform with the company's cataloguing standard. This will involve being able to interpret technical drawings and data sheetsto ensure that the spares data is correct.

The role will also involve expediting data from vendors and manufacturers to ensure that make and model numbers used by vendors are entered correctly into the cataloguing system.

You will also be required to act as the interface between maintenance, engineering and procurement departments.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
To be successful in this role the ability to correctly interpret technical documentation is vital, therefore a suitable trade background within electrical or mechanical disciplines is highly desirable, as is previous cataloguing experience.
