The Company:
Our client is a Multinational Chemical company which will construct, own and operate a world-scale integrated chemicals complex in Saudi Arabia. Once completed, the complex will represent the largest petrochemical facility ever built in a single phase. Our client will establish a world-scale manufacturing footprint that delivers a full range of value-added, performance products destined for the emerging markets of Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Africa.

The Role:
Monitor, track, and record (in ERP system) activities on an hourly or daily basis and to proactively resolve any deviations or conflicts from the normal material flow process.
1. Review and identify constraints and restrictions that may impact the ability to meet daily logistics plan.
2. Coordinate and facilitate non-routine material movements (Goods Issues, Goods Receipts) for all MOTs.
3. Serve as the initial contact for document resolution for all Modes of Transportation (MOTs).
4. Communicate with site logistics contacts and carriers (all MOTs) to inform them of scheduling plans and plan exceptions.
5. Recognize asset availability constraints preventing scheduled loading/unloading.
6. Participate in material flow integration and work process projects (ERP training).
7. Receive and process activity work requests; review request, identify resources to complete the request, identify constraints impacting request, add special instructions to the request, and monitor through completion the material movement request.
8. Create and distribute daily and weekly movement plan (all MOTs, inbound/ outbound/packaging).
9. Review and ensure completeness of the 3rd party documentation, and mange changes/exceptions.
10. Verify final shipment/receipt details for accuracy and completeness (invoice, bills of lading).
11. Gather, monitor, input (i.e. ERP system), and communicate data entry performance measures and related data within the material flow work process.
12. Liaison between Schedulers/Planners and the material flow activities.
13. Comply with EH&S guidelines and overall safety processes.
14. Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/ manager.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Advanced secondary/high school education with vocational/associates degree or a university degree.
• Understand business, site, modal rules, material flow requirements and operational policies.
