The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
Responsible for providing safe, reliable and efficient supply base and material movement services to the WA Oil Asset, delivering IIF (Incident and Injury Free) operations.

This includes, but is not limited to the following:
• Assist Supply Base Coordinator:
o Operations
o Prepare load plans for LCT loads.
o Coordination of fuel and other bulk materials for LCT operations.

• Completion of all manifests and associated documentation is completed before freight is moved, including all Dangerous Goods requirements.
• Coordination of local pickup and delivery (PUD) of freight to and from third party vendor and Contractor’s facilities
• Coordination of Logistics Notification Requests (LNR) and General Freight templates for materials / equipment to be on forwarded to Site
• Coordination of reverse Line Haul services, including the transportation of Dangerous Goods and Controlled Waste in accordance with Western Australian law, Dangerous Goods and Controlled Waste regulations, and any other applicable laws and regulations

• Co-ordination and monitoring of daily operations of Supply base contractors:
o Loading and Unloading of Trucks
o Containerisation of freight
o Material handling of tubular and containers
o Washpad operations
o Stevedoring operations
• Daily verification of work sheets & driver runsheets
• Alternative POC (Point of Contact) for Out of Hours freight queries including Hotshot transport and Emergency Air Freight Co ordination and oversight of strict quarantine controls for all movements through Supply Bases to ensure all freight meets the quarantine standards and where applicable remediated to the correct standards.

Operational activities include:
• Oversight of Quarantine preparation related to all freight and containers/assets within the Supply Base
• Oversight of Quarantine remediation activities related to all freight and containers/assets within the Supply Base
• Preparation of QRC (Quarantine Concession Requests), ensuring compliance as detailed under the QMS (Quarantine Management System)

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years actual Oil & Gas Logistics experience working within a Major Capital Project
Logistics planning. Manifesting. Quarantine compliance. DG Compliance.
Good communication skills. Good planning skills.
Ability to work under time constraints
Dangerous Goods (Road Sea and Land). Load Restraint. Class C Driving Licence. DTEC. MISC.
