The Role:
To provide the timely and accurate compilation and distribution of kits, consumables “as required” items and raw materials within the manufacturing production clean room facility.
To ensure the accuracy and availability of inventory by performing cycle counting and shelf life control processes in accordance with the business system operation procedures.
Interface between Production Planning, clean room operations & Logistics teams to identify Kit shortages, out of life and consumable stock replenishments.

Production Planning, Clean room operations & Central Logistics.

The compilation and receipt of kits, consumables “as required” items and raw materials to production clean room facility.
The visibility and control of kits for Storage & Distribution Pre & Post Project Delivery.
The control of hazardous /high value/hyper sensitive goods.
Perform weekly Cycle counts
Perform weekly 5S audits

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Stock control & inventory management
- Hazardous & sensitive Equipment handling...
- Facility & maintenance deployment in a Clean Room (Class 100,000) environment.
- Computer Literate.
- Kanban
- 5S.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
- Planning, organisation and prioritisation
- Materials handling & stock control.
- Experience within an International / multi-site Engineering, or Manufacturing environment, particularly in the Aerospace field and working within Clean rooms class 100,000.
- Communicates both verbally and in written form.
- Team working Engineering, Aerospace, Space, Automotive.
