The Company:
The company designs, constructs, transports, installs and removes offshore facilities for the global oil and gas industry. During the last decades they have become a significant international player in the offshore oil and gas construction industry. The Group consists of two divisions, each with a specific role in the activities of the Group

The Role:
Function:
To provide the management of all functions of stock and equipment control, to meet Company and project requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Adherence to Company Policy, procedures and Handbook.
• Quality, safety, health and environmental awareness (e.g. responsible for own and others safety).
• To perform tasks which may be requested by Supervision.
• Individual risk awareness within job role.
• Be responsible for general good housekeeping and safe working practices in the material store and stock yard.
• To control the issue and receipt of project materials.
• To quarantine and report on damaged, overage & shortage delivery’s.
• To assist transport department when required.
• Prepare packing lists/manifest for off-site shipments
• To ensure security of stores building.
• Receipts checked against delivery paperwork and PO/MMT.
• Filling out of material check lists
• Reporting delivery’s to material controller.
• Ensure correct handling and storage of goods received.
• Ensure materials are marked for traceability.
• The appropriate quarantine area are clearly marked.
• Issue material for production requirements upon receipt of the appropriate BOM, cutting sheet or requisition.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Successful SHE Induction.
• Previous experience of storage and retrieval systems
• Computer Literacy
• An understanding of company Quality, Safety, Health & Environmental systems & programmes.
• Communicate in a positive manner with Supervisory Technicians, Discipline Supervisors and Shopfloor Personnel.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• - Fork Lift Truck.
• - IFS / Coresys.
