The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Inspection Engineer to work a 4 month contract with one of our major clients. This is an urgent requirement with an ASAP start, so all interested parties must be immediately available to commence work.

Reporting to the Inspection Engineering Team Lead, responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
* Perform governance of integrity of CMMS data from maintenance execution to aid equipment analysis and optimisation
* Recommend opportunities to improve system specification performance where such improvement has agreed value for Decide by budget holder/asset manager
* Decide and maintain pressure equipment inspection strategies for delivering lifecycle equipment performance consistent with facility specific Performance Standards and other specifications while optimising execution in co-operation with Maintenance
* Perform management of deviations, vulnerabilities and opportunities for their equipment via documented processes and systems e.g. TCMS, ORIP etc
* Recommend technical change decisions for change in risk region according to company Engineering Management Procedure
* Perform review of root cause analyses from production and technical integrity events and Decide strategy improvements
* Perform governance of integrity studies for their equipment and ensure compliance (e.g. RBI)
* Perform governance of integrity of engineering data and information for their equipment
* Input to the operating and integrity envelopes for their equipment
* Input to and Agree scopes for inspection execution e.g. shutdown, campaign, etc for their system to achieve system performance
* Input system information to the Maintenance Reference Plan (MRP) and Asset Reference Plan (ARP) as required
* Perform support to Engineering Response teams as required to progress improvement opportunities

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Relevant Engineering degree
* Integrity Custodian (IC) competence according to IC profile for engineers (ENG)
* Effective decision making in the presence of uncertainty and risk and considering and balancing business dimensions e.g. technical, cost, schedule.
* Effective written, presentation and verbal communication to all levels
* Demonstrable people and stakeholder management skills
* Familiarity with Production Processes with detailed knowledge of all elements of Production Process 5.0 Technical Control
