The Role:
Manage the efficient flow of Materials, from requisition to installation.

Supervisory and Managerial Duties:

Main Duties:

Support both On and Offshore.
Liaise with Maintenance Asset Support Engineers, Buying, Engineering, Fabrications, Warehousing and offshore.
Manage Procurement Tracking Register.
Manage Shutdown Business Warehouse Material Tracker Reports.
Attend daily calls and manage and execute all material actions from the Installations to ensure that priorities will be achieved.
Input of all Engineering requisitions in Sap.
Review requisitions with a view to maximizing the utilization of stock material and reduction of inventory.
Expedite priority material.
Close out of projects and assist with transfers of materials or disposals as appropriate.
Allocation of tracking numbers.
Liaise with Fabrication Engineer to achieve efficient onshore Fabrications.
Support: - Shutdown Onshore and Offshore Coordinators for all assets. Coordinate the flow of equipment and materials in a timely manner prior and during shutdowns.
Promote and adhere to ethical behaviour as per Conflict of Interest policy.
Provide status information for customers/construction to achieve business goals and maximize up time of the plant.
Liaise with Focal point to achieve the smooth flow of Plant and Equipment.
Effective maintenance of Performance through HS&E and STOP program
Responsible for assessing effectiveness of working practices and systems with a view to continuously improving systems, personal and team performance.
